JAC蛇形弹簧联轴器的特性:

1.平行误差,轴处于偏芯状态时,涂有润滑油的蛇形弹簧在槽内移动,能缓和冲击和振动,完好地传递动力(平行误差允许值为2mm-3mm)

2.角度误差:轴有偏用(2-3度)状态时,在以曲面加工的轮毂槽内,由蛇形弹簧的的润滑作用和弹力作用下,无损失地传递动力.

3.轴的移动误差 主动轴和从动轴上下振动或左右振动时,涂有润滑油的轮毂槽内,蛇形弹簧在弯曲部分内侧自由移动,防止振动,完整地传递动力.

4.有扭力状态时的柔软性 机械起动瞬间发生的冲击,振动,过重负荷作用在蛇形弹簧时,由弹簧的柔软性,力的作用点在曲面内移动,减少振动和冲击负荷.

蛇形弹簧的动作状态:

1.轻负荷作用时,蛇形弹簧的状态蛇形弹簧在轮毂外侧受力,弹簧处于直线状态,发生负荷时由槽的曲面和弹簧的弹力作用,消除振动和冲击.

2.正常负荷作用时,蛇形弹簧的状态发生负荷时,力的作用点移到轮毂槽中间部位,由弹簧弯曲的弹力作用,缓和冲击负荷.

3.起动冲击负荷作用时,蛇形弹簧的状态因瞬间的过重负荷,力时的作用点移动轮毂槽内侧,在弹簧的弹力范围内柔软地缓和冲击负荷.

It can also be limited to any required amount. - TORSIONAL FLEXIBLITY Torsional flexiblity is the taper grid couplings to torsionally deflect when subjected to normal shock or vibratory loads, providing accommodation to changing load conditions.
