The recent certification of the Indeco quality system according to UNI EN ISO 9001 standards confirmed the validity of our production systems, which were based on strict adherence to, and continuous search for quality. Indeed, by scrupulously following our rigorous internal procedures, we have always been able to guarantee that our breakers will provide optimum efficiency and reliability. The process begins with the choice of special steels, delivered to the various departments. Hardox laminates are cut with a thermal plotter and assembled in special soldering units, in order to shape the casing. Close attention is paid to designing and manufacturing the tool bits, which when used together with the original spare parts, ensure that the hammer will work perfectly. The internal components are mechanically produced from blocks of forged alloy steel in advanced workshops, where CAM systems and digitally controlled machinery are used. At the end of this phase, all of the breaker components undergo heat treatment to make the steel even more resistant. Any corrections are made at this stage, after which they are assembled in a specialised department, which also handles the final quality control phase before the components are put into the casing, packed and sent out.
