ALPHACUTTING combines the skills of 100 years in mechanical engineering in Germany and 60 years experience in sawing. Beyond the sawing technique, we have developed the hightech cutting into a high-precision and also fast and economical alternative for difficult cuts in steel and other materials involving the use of abrasive cut-off wheels, diamond and CBN wheels. With abrasive cutting, we will achieve very short separation times with an excellent stock production, removal and cutting rate which makes the post-editing of the workpieces, such as in removing deburring unnecessary. The patented oscillation of the cutting wheel allows high productivity and quality of cut results in terms of very different materials with high energy effective efficiency.
